Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You must accept these terms and conditions before you can proceed with your booking.

 By attending this/these event(s) you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply by all applicable laws and regulations
     

TICKETS:

 

Tickets maybe purchased online through Marylebone website (or through the website of an official authorised agent), by phone or directly through the theatre box office. Tickets may be subject to booking fees which will be indicated to you prior to placing an order

 

Every member of the audience, regardless of age, must be in possession of a valid ticket in order to gain entry to the theatre.

 

Attendees should bring their valid e-tickets containing their QR code ready for presentation on their mobile device or printed. Customers who select click and collect at the point of sale must collect their tickets from the Box Office at least 20 minutes in advance of the performance.

 

All purchasers of tickets must be 16 years of age or over.

 

The Marylebone Theatre reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised time, programme or cast of a theatre production without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

 

In exceptional circumstances the management reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket  

 

Marylebone Theatre may restrict ticket sales to a maximum number per person or household and reserves the right to cancel any tickets purchased in excess of this number.

 

No tickets may be re-sold for any reason by any outlet other than the Marylebone TheatreBox Office or one of its authorised ticket agents (unauthorised outlets include websites such as auction sites). Failure to comply will make this ticket void

 

EXHCHANGE AND REFUNDS

 

Once purchased, Marylebone Theatre is unable to exchange or refunded tickets, unless the performance is cancelled. In case of cancellation, ticket holders may be offered alternative performances subject to availability or a full refund.

In the event that bookers are unable to attend a performance a refund will not be made available. However Marylebone Theatre will exchange tickets for another performance of the same production subject to availability

Marylebone Theatre will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by customers in the event of a cancelled performance.

 

If you or someone in your party is Covid positive, has symptoms, or has been instructed to isolate by the NHS, the ticket may be exchanged for another performance of the same production (subject to availability)  if you call or email the Box Office up to 24 hours before the performance. 

 

Purchased tickets must not be resold .

 

GENERAL

 

Theatre management reserve the right to refuse admission, even when tickets have been purchased.

 

All tickets remain the sole property of Marylebone Theatre    

 

Theatre management accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises.

 

Theatre management reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice

 

Marylebone Theatre does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property or for any liability (to the fullest extent permitted by law).

 

Smoking, vaping and use of e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the theatre.

 

Any comments or complaints regarding the view from a seat or the audibility of the performance should be made promptly to a member of theatre management before or during the performance.

 

Performances may be filmed or recorded on occasion by Marylebone Theatre. Ticket holders automatically consent to the filming or sound recording of themselves as audience members. If you have any objections to being filmed or recorded, please speak to a member of the theatre management before the performance begins.

 

Animals are not permitted inside the theatre, with the exception of assistance dogs.

 

Marylebone theatre will forewarn customers if strobe lighting may be used in the performance. Customers with known medical conditions who may be susceptible to such lighting or other effects are advised to seek further advice prior to their visit.

 

ADMISSIONS POLICY

 

This Admissions Policy applies to all theatres operated by MaryleboneTheatre. By entering the venue, you have accepted the terms contained in thisAdmissions Policy.

 

Entry and Security

 

Marylebone Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances including for health, safety, and licensing reasons or where a ticket is void.

Customers are advised that CCTV is in operation for the purpose of crime prevention and public safety.

Security searches are a condition of entry to protect the safety of all customers and staff. We may conduct searches of clothing, bags and other items on entry and exit at our theatres. Marylebone Theatre thanks customers in advance for their co-operation.

 

Customers are not permitted to bring any items into the theatre which are illegal or are deemed by the theatre management (at their sole discretion) to pose a health and safety risk, affect the enjoyment of others, cause disruption to the performance or cause damage to Marylebone Theatre

Customers may not bring their own food or drink into the theatre. If a customer has specific medical requirements in this respect, they should ask to speak to a member of theatre management upon arrival.

 

There is no cloakroom in Marylebone theatre, so we advise not to bring suitcases or large bags as they might not be allowed to the theatre

 

Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of theatre management staff and at an appropriate interval. They may be asked to wait in the foyer until an appropriate moment in the performance to admit them to the auditorium

 

After leaving the theatre, re-admission to the auditorium will be at a suitable point during the performance.

 

Age Restrictions

 

Babies and children under 4 years of age will not be admitted into the auditorium unless the production is specifically advertised as being suitable for children under the age of 4.

 

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the suitability of a performance for any children in their party regardless of any official age recommendation guidance.

 

In the interests of other customers, disruptive individuals may be asked to leave the auditorium.

 

Conduct

 

Any customers who are intoxicated or are disruptive, abusive or violent towards theatre staff, audience members or performers will be ejected from the theatre. In such circumstances no refunds will be given.

 

Marylebone Theatre reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any customer that appears to be intoxicated or likely to become intoxicated and to ask for proof of age prior to serving any alcohol.

 

Customers must comply with reasonable instructions and directions given by theatre management and front of house staff.

 

When leaving the theatre, customers must not congregate outside the building as to prevent disruption to our neighbors and community. Theatre management reserve the right to ask customers to disperse

 

Mobile phones, tablets, digital or smart watches and any other electronic equipment should be disabled when inside the auditorium to avoid disturbing the performers and other customers.

 

The unauthorised use of video, photographic and other recording equipment of any kind is strictly prohibited in the auditorium. MaryleboneTheatre reserves the right to delete any unauthorised recordings and to eject any customers who are suspected of making recordings from the theatre.

 

Marylebone Theatre reserves the right to vary the terms of thisAdmissions Policy for specific productions or events. Any such variations will be notified to customers prior to or on arrival at the theatre.
