How do I book tickets?

Just click ‘What’s On’ to see all available shows and book the tickets online. If you would like to speak to someone, you can also book over the phone by calling the Box Office on 02077237984 from Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30 pm. You can also book at the Box Office in person.

 

How will I receive my ticket?

You will receive an email with the e-tickets attached to the email address you indicated when booking. Please download them to your mobile phone before you arrive so they can be scanned for entry. If you don’t have a smart phone, please print your tickets and bring them with you.

 

When will I receive my e-ticket?

 You will receive an email with your e-tickets attached within 24 hours after the booking.

 

What happens if I do not receive my e-ticket?

 If you don’t receive your e-ticket in time for the performance, please call the Box Office on 02077237984, from Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm or email boxoffice@marylebonetheatre.com . 

 

Is there any booking fee?

The booking fee is £1.50 per ticket.

 

Can I exchange or refund my ticket once I have purchased it?

Once purchased, Marylebone Theatre cannot guarantee to exchange or refunded tickets, unless the performance is cancelled. Ticket holders may be offered alternative performances subject to availability or a full refund. Please find more about our Terms and conditions here.

Who do I contact if I have special access requirements?

 What happens if I test positive for COVID-19 and can no longer attend?

 If you or someone in your party is Covid positive, has symptoms, or has been instructed to isolate by the NHS, the ticket may be exchanged for another performance of the same production (subject to availability) or a refund if you call or email the Box Office up to 24 hours before the performance. Please find more about our Terms and conditions here .

 

Do you have Gift card available at the Marylebone Theatre? Can I buy tickets using a Gift card?

Yes, you can purchase Theatre Tokens Gift cards at the Box Office. You can redeem them at the box office or over the phone calling on 02077237984,

Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

What happens if the performance is cancelled?

Will you refund my travel and accommodation?

MaryleboneTheatre will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by customers in the event of a cancelled performance.

 

Are all ticket and booking fees included in the refund?

Ticket fees are not going to be refunded.

 

I booked through an agent, will I get a refund?

Please contact your point of purchase if your show has been cancelled or postponed for further information.

Your visit to Marylebone Theatre

Where is the theatre?

The theatre is located only 5 minutes away from Baker street station. You can find the theatre on the ground floor of Rudolf Steiner House building in Park Road .

 

What time with the auditorium open?

The auditorium opens its doors one hour before the performance starts. Please note this is subject to change dependent onthe performance.

 

What happens if I am late or need to leave a performance?

Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of theatre management staff and at an appropriate interval. They maybe asked to wait in the foyer until an appropriate moment in the performance to admit them to the auditorium.

After leaving the theatre, re-admission to the auditorium will be at a suitable point during the performance.

Do you have a bar or café at the theatre?

We have a café in the building where you can purchase hot drinks, alcohol and snacks.

 

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Bringing food and drinks inside the auditorium is strictly prohibited.

 

Can you purchase merchandise at the theatre?

Yes, you can find merchandise at the Box Office. You can buy items from Monday to Friday, 9.30am -4.30 pm and the day of the performance after the show ends.

 

Do you accept cash at the theatre?

Yes, we accept cash payment at the Box office.

Can I take photos during the show?

Photography and filming is not permitted in the auditorium but you are welcome to take pictures in our foyer.

Do you offer work experience / internships?

Accessibilty

I have a question about accessibility needs –who do I contact?

Can I reserve a seat for my carer or essential companion ?

Yes, you can reserve a seat free of charge for your carer. Both tickets need to be booked via our Box Office directly. Please email access@marylebonetheatre.com or call our Box office on 02077237984.

Can I bring my assistance dog with me inside the theatre?

Assistance dogs are allowed inside the theatre. Please read carefully the description when booking the tickets, as some plays might have trigger warnings and might not be suitable for guide dogs.

Is there any disabled parking space near the theatre?

There is an unreserved disabled parking space on the street opposite the theatre on Park Road. Please note that this is unreserved.

Do you have Audio Described, BSL or captioned shows?
