We were proud to present a staged reading of a new play with Dame Harriet Walter.

‍Welcome to Gaza arose from years of work by the Hands Up Project with children and young people in Gaza. It is a compilation of moving, beautiful and often funny scripts, written by teenagers in the West Bank, framed by a narrative conceived by our Playwright in Residence, Peter Oswald.

On the evening, we collected donations for the Hands Up Project for a total of £900, thanks to the generosity of our audience.
